The four semester Master Degree Programme in Journalism &Mass Communication equip the womencandidates to work in any media organization stations like Newspapers,Magazines, Television channels, Broadcasting stations, News agencies, PublicRelations Departments, Advertising Agencies, Technical Writing, Online journalismand Business Journalism, Teaching and Research and any other media related jobof both electronic and print media. The MCJ programme also aims at theempowerment of women for the formation as social scientists for making plansand strategies for the needed social change, so as to accelerate theDevelopment process. The course content also gives opportunities for leadershipqualities for women to become political leaders and to meet the challenges ofthe technocracy.
